Previous Update: 20 year old David Burnett is wanted for Capital Murder and Aggravated Robbery in connection with the murder of Demarcuz Scott on January 4, 2023 at 2401 W. 31st. Burnett is about 6' 3" tall and weighs around 160 lbs. March 21, 2023 Update: David Burnett was located and arrested on the evening of March 20, 2023 for the January 4, 2023 murder of Demarcuz Scott. Burnett was booked into the Jefferson County Jail for Capital Murder and Aggravated Robbery.
