Women's History Month
As we celebrate Women's History Month, I want to take a moment to recognize the strength, dedication, and resilience of women in law enforcement and beyond. Throughout history, women have broken barriers, challenged norms, and made invaluable contributions to our communities.
In policing, women have continually proven that courage, leadership, and integrity know no gender. As Chief, I am honored to serve alongside incredible women who uphold the highest standards of public service every day. We are committed to fostering a law enforcement culture that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering for all.
I encourage you to watch the 10-8 Podcast, where Chief Kristi Bennett (Hot Springs Village, Arkansas), Assistant Chief Lynn Waterworth (Jonesboro, Arkansas), and I share our journeys in law enforcement, discussing the challenges and triumphs we've achieved as women in this profession.
Together, let's continue to support and uplift the women who make a difference in our communities.
