Information needed in hit-and-run homicide

PINE BLUFF, Ark. -- At about 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2026, officers with the Pine Bluff Police Department responded to 21st and Olive for a report of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle.
 
On arrival, officers found 68-year-old male Oscar Moore unresponsive. Moore had apparently been struck by a vehicle and was lying in the roadway on Olive St. Moore was pronounced dead by a Jefferson County Deputy Coroner.
 
The person who struck Mr. Moore left the scene. This hit and run collision is now being investigated as a homicide.
