This offender has an original charge from the State of Pennsylvania for Criminal Attempt - Rape. This offense involved the offender entering a home and the bedroom of a sleeping 24-year-old female. The offender removed his clothing, placed a towel over the victim's face, attempted to get into bed with her, punched her in the head when she started to scream for her boyfriend; the boyfriend awoke and chased the offender away.
