THIS OFFENDER WAS CONVICTED OF FALSE OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT AND ABUSIVE SEXUAL CONTACT ON 8/27/2010. THE OFFENSE INVOLVED A 19 YR. OLD FEMALE REPORT THAT SHE PASSED OUT FROM ALCOHOL INTOXICATION AND DURING THE NIGHT THE THEN 20 YR.OLD OFFENDER ENTERED HER ROOM AND ENGAGED IN SEXUAL CONTACT WITH HER. THE OFFENDER AND THE VICTIM WERE BOTH IN THE MILITARY AT THE TIME OF THE OFFENSE.
