THIS OFFENDER WAS CONVICTED OF INDECENCY WITH A CHILD BY CONTACT ON 4/21/2009. THE OFFENSE INVOLVED THE THEN 19 YR. OLD OFFENDER ENGAGING IN SEXUAL CONTACT WITH A 12 YR. OLD FEMALE WHILE BOTH WERE IN THE SAME HOME. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE VICTIM AND OFFENDER WAS NOT CLEAR FROM OFFICIAL REPORTS. THE OFFENDER SAID BOTH WERE AT A PARTY AND THAT HE HAD NEVER MET HER BEFORE THE DAY OF THE OFFENSE.
