THIS OFFENDER WAS CONVICTED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE ON 3/19/2010.THE OFFENSE INVOLVED THE OFFENDER ENGAGING IN SEXUAL CONTACT WITH AN ADULT MENTALLY HANDICAPPED FEMALE WHO WAS ESTIMATED TO FUNCTION ON A CHILDLIKE LEVEL. THE VICTIM'S MOTHER SAID HE ALSO FORCED HER TO HAVE SEX. THE OFFENDER WORKED NEAR WHERE THE VICTIM'S LIVED AND SOME OF THE OFFENSES MIGHT HAVE OCCURED WHEN HE VISITED THEIR HOME.
