This subject was convicted of Sexual Abuse - 1st Degree. On 10/14/1997, this offender got his 6 year old niece out of bed and took off her clothes, fondled the child and penetrated her vaginally. When taken to the hospital, it was revealed that the offender gave the victim an STD (Chlamydia). It was determined that this had been going on for several months.
