Wanted

Madkins is considered 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀. Madkins is wanted in connection with the homicide of Asa Stewart, he has active felony warrants out of Lincoln County for Aggravated Robbery, Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree, and Aggravated Residential Burglary. Madkins is also a suspect in a separate, ongoing robbery investigation within the city of Pine Bluff.
